honestly wish i could give a zero star ! the person who packed my order didn’t bother to read the receipt properly ! i ordered 3 kids boxes and received 2 , when i rang i was told the women THOUGHT it said 2 so only packed 2 and was told they can’t have the extra one i’ve paid for sent out and the only option they gave me was to go to just eat for a refund ! even after id explained that the 3rd box they had missed was my child’s dinner !! didn’t even think to ask me if id be happy to collect or anything ! and to be quite frank i think considering it was the staff who was at fault by not checking the order properly and not myself that i shouldn’t even have to do that anyway ! luckily enough i had ordered my own food aswell so the child that missed out had to have a jacket potato instead of the cookie and cheese sandwich that they had asked for and was looking forward too also left with no fruit shoot which she was gutted about as that was part of the box !! and to top it off the jacket potato was cold and had to be microwaved when we...
