Burger King — Restaurant in Sheffield

I normally write positive reviews but I had to comment on the disgusting service I received yesterday... so firstly I went in to order on the machines so I was signed in and could access my offers through my BK app. When it got to the payment part, it said error and went funny the machine.

I warned them and said I think its broken, I didnt get assistance to help, all I got was a dirty look. So I tried the 2 other machines and the same error code came up saying I cannot pay. This time they listened and came and looked and said order at the counter.... so I did and I was told I couldn't use my offers, so I had to order online and it finally worked (bear in mind) all that took 35 minutes to do.... I asked for no onions on my burger seen as they upset my stomach and after all that time they still put onions on and the service was horrendous!

The staff was all talking in back instead of bothering with customers and I will never come back here again, avoid at all costs!!

And as proof im putting up my order number and it says on the burger wrapper no onions and I provided pictures... and the burgers was cold after all that messing about...

I will be surprised if this place stays...

Drive thru terrible. Ordered on the app, was told at window Iced Fanta flavour was still freezing so had to have a different one. Was given Iced drink in wrong cup and was told to park up.

Waited 10 minutes and was given food and by that time drinks had melted. Was given a chicken share box rather than mix of sides that we ordered, young female employee was unprofessional saying she has to get manager and can’t just go in and change food. Manager came to say he’ll change it and then we were left waiting for 15 minutes whilst the drinks completely melted and food went stone cold.

The same employee brought out the correct food and when we said the drinks have melted and the foods gone cold, she was laughing and said “Just warm it up that’s what I’d do”, no apologies, no oh I’ll get everything made fresh I’m so sorry, nothing. Manager a no show so we left. Always looks empty and now we know, for good reason.

Hope it closes down soon, what a waste of 30 minutes. Stick to Maccies at Drakehouse although they aren’t much better, this place seems to charge double the price for half the service of their...

Don't like to criticize to much, but burger King is probably the worst place I've eaten at for a long time. A large bacon and double cheese burger came at the size of mcdonalds happy meal, but this wasn't a happy meal!!! My wife ordered the regular whopper meal that the burger was bigger and the fries were a fry smaller than mine, drink was larger, but burger King doesn't offer milk shakes!! The Burger was just warm and the guy who brought our meal (table service), would have probably needed a happy meal from McDonald's to cheer him up! I'm not a big mcdonalds fan, but blows burger King out of the water for a burger place. Would not recommend this burger King on any level!!!!! Do recommend the staff find new jobs though, as this branch will...
