Great place for coffee and food. Breakfast is an extended version of a McDonald's but not as greasy and generally tastes fresher. The coffee is great but for anyone wanting that traditional Canadian taste opt for one more cream than you would usually have to compensate for the differences between Canadian Cream and UK cream. They have a kids option with was nice to see. For anyone not sure where to place Tim Hortons on the restaurant scale it's got more drink options than McD's....more than Costa so its great to pop out of a coffee but less food than McD's. Saw cleaning the order screens between each customer so very Covid safe and at the moment they are giving out free samples outside so you can test the drinks and know what you want! Review edited to 3 stars as for the last few months every visit has entailed a minimum of a 30 minute wait for our order. I expect that at a pub or a restaurant but I don't go to a fast food place expe ting to have to allow at least an hour. The food is still great but the owner desperately needs to focus on training!

Tim Horton's at Crystal Peaks retail outlet is well placed with plenty of parking spaces and a drive thru if you want a quick bite to eat. All the food is cooked to order and was fresh and tasty. The burgers were definitely a better standard than the usual fast food outlets, they had their own style of fries which were more of a potato waffle, again better in my opinion than the normal fast food outlets. The drinks options were plentiful as you would expect anywhere else. Touch screens on entry to make your order or you can go up to the counter if you prefer. Seating is available and a lot more comfortable than you get elsewhere. Venue was clean and tidy, staff well presented and polite. TH is more expensive than the mainstream fast food outlets but in my opinion it was value for money and on this occasion I has a few family members with me and wanted a change a venue. If this review was informative enough for you give it a thumbs up or like to let other know about the place.

Food was what you would expect from a chain, no great difference from Mac D's. The speed and cleanliness however was world's apart. Looked a round for a clean table / seat after a while I just got some napkins and did It myself. The large breakfast wrap was pretty good. Kids had pancakes and they enjoyed them. The service was Soooooo slow, as if they were grinding the coffee beans by hand betwixt two rocks. Ok so it is a bank holiday, but if you're open you need to staff up. So all in all if you want to be able to walk in and not converse with anyone, tap you're order into a screen, order a pancake or a coffee and you're not starving, don't mind the lack of cleanliness then this is the place for you. If Macdonalds, Costa, strabucks and Greg's are shut then I might come back if I'm desperate for a coffee and a bacon sandwich. There's always crispy creme for a donut.

The manager totally ruins this place!

I have walked into this place various times to find the manager verbally exploding at his staff and customers. The young child like manager marches around the building with a constant upset and angry look on his face and treats customers very rudely.

In one instance I noticed him screaming at a staff member so aggressively that the young women was not only shaking in fear but actually began crying.

The manager here has totally ruined what should be a clean, safe and welcoming family environment. I could only describe him using words like aggressive / rude / hostile / bully / extremely bad customer and staff service.

Perhaps what adds insult to injury is the fact he is rubbish at running at kitchen and each day is an unorganized mess with customers waiting 40 to 60 minutes for simple orders.

By all means try complaining and you will be faced with a young totally inexperienced manager glaring and staring at you like he wants to punch you in the face. Having wrote to Tim Hortons directly I'm hoping they EJECT this nasty manager and put someone more experienced in charge.

Please read the 1 star Google reviews and you will see various people complaining about the manager and how he flies off the handle into aggressive explosions and rants. In one case things became so bad I even witnessed a mother psychically removing her children away from the till area in case this manager attacked them and became violent.

If you want total abuse and rude customer service from a child like manager then simply complain and see...

What can I say, we had the big breakfast wrap, which at £3.49 wasn't a bad price... But you can 'upgrade' this to a breakfast meal which includes a small drink and a hash brown for only £2.99, which is brilliant. Of course we upgraded and chose a large drink which was £1extra, but omg, the drink is huge, we had a latte and a mocha, and they were both very hot and very nice, the big breakfast wrap is delicious, and definitely fills a gap. The hash brown was hot and crispy, perfect. At last we can get a very nice breakfast wrap at an excellent price, Mcdonalds have lost out here they shouldn't have stopped doing their breakfast wraps, but I have to say Tim Hortons wraps are definitely nicer. We also(well you just have to) sampled a donut, namely the strawberry cheesecake one and the caramel maple fudge, both were very tasty but very naughty. We've not tried a burger yet but it's on the to do list, if they're as good as the breakfast stuff then we'll be in for a treat. Well done Tim Hortons you've gained 2 more devotees here. Another visit to Tim's, this time we had a chicken sandwich, a festive donut and a gingerbread latte and a normal latte, the chicken was to die for very tasty and very hot, with fresh lettuce a hash brown and burger sauce, omg. The gingerbread latte was perfect with just the right amount of gingerbread flavour, the other latte was as usual spot on, we both had the Xmas tree donut, which was very soft and fluffy with green icing and sprinkles on top and chocolatey 'goo' inside, very nice. Well done again...

Since I've recently moved here from Canada just last year, I really enjoy being able to have an at home favorite in the UK.

Typically when we've gone it's what you expect. Their breakfast is my favorite, though they have some decent lunch options too. In Canada we don't have hot dogs and burgers at our tim hortons, just the melts and wraps, so it was a new thing to try. The hotdogs are great, the burgers aren't the best. I perfer a McDonald's burger over theirs personally.

I love their iced drinks, and hot coffee, it tastes just like home.

I enjoy their donuts too but they are not the same as the original tim hortons. I'm used to them being much more fluffy where as here they are more dense. It's like this at all uk locations I've tried. They've also recently discontinued the double chocolate donut (atleast that's what we were told) which is a bit sad.

I typically enjoy this location, though the last few times when we've gone for donuts and drinks, they've messed our donuts up. Usually by not giving us the ones we asked for in the 6 pack. Though when we went today, we paid for 6, got to the car and realized there were only 4 donuts in the box. Had to go back in again.

The staff also seems less Engaging or more cold recently. Though there is one or two people who are much more friendly.

I'm a little dissapointed as they used to be much more efficient and friendlier.

Just went again. Got 2 drinks and 2 donuts. We asked for a vanilla dip and got home to find a canadian maple filled with...
