Cafe Indus — Restaurant in Sheffield

We have ordered Samosa Chaat with Papri in it and they gave us chat with full of chickpeas in it only. We have called them and told them we have ordered samosa chat but you gave us full of chickpeas and he said he have added samosa under chickpeas which we can not see here in picture. Also he said when you will come next time I will add samosa and he charged us about £6 for these chickpeas. What he means??? Very bad taste also and bad service. We through it away coz it tastes very bad.

Answer to your reply: Firstly here we are talking about food not the price Secondly, I said about £6 coz I really don’t know how much you charged us because you did not even gave us receipt that time and my friend paid. I think focusing more on price than food can get you good reviews and if you made a mistake you should be acceptable. If you can not provide a thing which you don’t have, you should say it before and other thing (you said thanks for lying) so let me clear here one thing I have posted picture and people can see it what there is inside and I don’t need to lie. They know who is lying because actions speaks louder than words and this is here I’m talking with proof....

The hour and a half delivery time we were told turned into 2 hours. Called up to ask what was going on when it was 20 minutes over that to be told they would call me straight back and they never did. I had to find the delivery driver outside when I looked out the window to see somebody wondering around aimlessly with a plastic bag who then insinuated it was my fault he couldn't find the address (the address was correct and he did not call me as every other driver who cannot find it ever has). At no time did anybody call to ask where it was. Then the driver took off while I was waiting for my change. Only 50p but I did not want to tip anything as it was a farce. Aside from a little oily the food seemed fine but it was freezing so I can't judge accurately. Like the change, no apology given. Won't...

The restaurant itself was greeted by a lovely gentlemen who welcomed us into their establishment with a smile and a great service, sat us down and communicated with us very well. He answered all the queries we had and was extremely patient and a really lovely lad. the food was absolutely beautiful, it was one of the best Indian restaurants locally that I have been to, and service was not to long or short, perfect timings. It was a Sunday night so a little quiet than it usually would be but lovely gentle music, the restaurant was clean and the service itself top notch. I highly recommend this place, I am coming back here very soon. Keep this great service and great food going team, I literally have no negatives to say...
