We have just left with full bellies and smiles on our faces! What a wonderful little gem! This place is phenomenal, we made a booking online last night for today at 12pm and that was arranged straight away with zero fuss, we’d used a groupon voucher (bought for us as a gift) the gift voucher was accepted no problems at all. The greeting was warm and welcoming, all involved was smiling and polite which makes such a difference! We felt super comfortable and at ease. The wonderful lady serving us was so nice! A big beautiful smile on her face, nothing was too much trouble and very attentive. The food…. WOW! Although we didn’t have what you’d classify as a main meal, the food we ate was made with nothing but the finest ingredients and more importantly with love! The flavours are phenomenal, everything was so flavoursome, colourful and plenty of it! The bread without a doubt has to be the best bread I’ve personally ever eaten! Cooked perfectly with a crusty shell and the softest texture inside! We had the meze and everything on it was cooked beautifully, well presented and tasted even better! I order from this restaurant quite often, but never again. The lady owner who "handled" my issue was extremely rude and completely lacked empathy. My order was over an entire hour late. It had been sat waiting for a delivery driver. I requested to cancel the order as I didn't want freezing cold food yet again, thanks to Uber Eats. She refused, saying they'd made the food and they'd lose out. As a business owner myself I can't imagine a scenario where I'd treat a customer this way, so I strongly urge you to consider this before eating here.

Really really poor service. The food is overpriced too, especially when it arrives stone cold after being sat for an hour.

I have ordered takeaway only once. And it will be my first choice for Turkish from now on. I am impressed with the taste, package of takeaway, warmth of food. I was the third stop of my UberEats order and thought it will be a cold delivery. However, I was able to barely touch the aluminium tray. They use a wide aluminium tray and this is better than narrow ones for presentation.

I ordered Marmaris Special, sort of mixed kebap tray. Loved the tomato sauce and the way they prepared the whole tray. The food was more juicy than other alternatives and this one definitely something I was looking for. I hope to dine in soon to see the service...
