When you spend £19.99 on your pizza you'd expect it to be made correctly, right? Very dissapointed to say that when my hawaiian pizza arrived that it had mushrooms on. I will admit that there is no hawaiian on the menu but as EVERY other pizza place would list hawaiian as ham and pineapple and Tropicana as ham pineapple and mushroom, you would have thought that dominoes would have been the same... Not having the pizza listed on website or written menu the serving staff should have asked what intended toppings you wished to have on your pizza. After getting home, looking forward to tucking in to a long awaited meal i was disappointed to find that mushrooms had been placed all over the top. We then called to express our disappointment and were told there was nothing that the company were willing to do. I have picked the mushrooms off the top but the residue taste was still there. If I had purchased from Chattanooga I may not have minded but when spending twenty pounds I don't expect to have to!

Your franchise has lost a long time customer and if we are to purchase the nice but overpriced pizza that dominoes serve again we shall be traveling to ecclesall road and advise that...

My daughter is allergic to mushrooms, ordered a pizza online, specifically requested it without mushrooms, made it very clear, chef ignored the notes then when I rang up to complain I got an very rude manager on the other end of the line called Sanjeev telling me "when you order pizza online you get pizza as it comes" refused to give me a refund and refused to give me a replacement. Absolutely appalling customer service. Will never use this store again and I will be actively encouraging friends and family to order else.

Considering this store got sued in the past over almost killing someone with a peanut allergy because the chef were eating peanuts while preparing food you would think they would have a slightly more cautious attitude to this sort of thing but obviously they didn't learn...

To the guy who delivered my order tonight, I love you so much man. I had a meltdown as I didnt have any food I like in my house, as well as other restaurants not being able to deliver to my adress, and just by you delivering it with a smile, and wishing me a good night, that has brought me so much happiness. It’s alright if you got confused with the location at first, that service with a smile was amazing! The chicken strips were perfect, as well as the potato wedges: I luckily had room for the cookies! To sum up my experience: Have a good life, the amazing man whoever delivered my meal: You fed a hungry distraught child and brought them joy. Highly recommend eating here.
