A new hidden gem
The place is wonderful, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. During our visit, they were exceptionally helpful and informative about their coffee. Their passion for its sourcing and authenticity really stood out.
We also had the chance to try some of their Christmas blend, which was fantastic! The coffes are really nice, rich and dense with them being made fresh as well.
We had a chat with the owner, and his enthusiasm for coffee, the shop, and its potential was genuinely refreshing. It's a nice change from the usual coffee spots around Sheffield, where details about sourcing or brewing aren’t often shared. Atmosphere & Seating The space is very spacious, with a good mix of sofas and tables suitable for groups. The music was relaxing, creating a chilled-out vibe. The owner mentioned plans for live music in the future, which would be a wonderful addition—especially since live music options in Sheffield tend to be scarce unless you venture onto the main high street and get lucky.
Food & Drink
We ordered the "Steel City" blend, a lovely deep dark roast that paired perfectly with a massive cookie (be sure to ask the owner about the story behind it—it’s adorable!).
We were also given a sample of their new seasonal mix, which had been brought out by mistake but gifted to us free of charge—such a thoughtful and kind gesture. The Christmas brew was light, subtly fruity, and brewed beautifully. It was so good that I ended up buying a bag to take home! Customer Service
The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were very informative, answering our questions about how to properly brew coffee. They gave us tips on brewing times, quantities, and blending techniques—something we've never learned in any other coffee shop until now.
Products
Fraziers offers a great range of beans and blends, alongside some brewing equipment. It’s an impressive selection that I’m excited to see expand as the shop grows.
Overall
Fraziers is an absolute gem with plenty of potential to grow quickly. Make sure to try something unique here before the rest of Sheffield catches on and...
Read moreI have known of Frazer for a while occasionally tried his coffee always liked it but was never "that much into coffee" I had always had different machines such as expreso and such like anyway took the dive and bought an aeropress and streight away decided to get my coffee from Frazer's and God that was the right thing to do went to the unit/shop had free coffee(thank you!! ) A good chat an explanation and demonstration on how to use the aeropress and picked a couple of coffee to try (mexican and Peru tuki) if I spelt it right!! Frazer Kindley ground it me as well to the correct grind for an aeropress and what can I say got home followed Frazer's instruction and oh my god!!! What a coffee!!! Medium roasted to perfection! With hints of chocolate orange and I would say a maple syrup/sweetness the whole house smelt amazing will definitely be back to stock up on further blends and a brew and a chat with a top man!!...
Read moreI walk in and I'm already really impressed by the atmosphere. It is very welcoming and this is amplified by the music and the very polite staff. The prices are really good too. I got to come here during it's first day of reopening and I'm very impressed. The coffee bean select is the best I've ever seen as I'm given multiple choices. The artwork on the walls is also very creative as well and the food options are nice as well. I was then handed my coffee but I was then handed Columbian sugar too which grabbed my attention and I then proceeded to put a teaspoon of it in my coffee and let us just say I'm glad I have because it amplified the coffee taste, which in of itself, tasted really nice. Sweet but not too sweet and that's a balance I am a big fan of. It is proof that bitterness and sweetness can go hand in hand. Both the sugar and coffee are a delight to have and I will definitely be...
