Extremely Disappointing Experience - Rude Staff and Unjust Charges
I had a truly awful experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service was far below expectations. Not only were the staff members unprofessional, but we were also charged an additional fee for two empty plates on the table, which was absolutely ridiculous and unjustifiable.
When we asked for a detailed bill to clarify the charges, the staff refused to provide one, which only added to our frustration. The situation took a turn for the worse when one of the staff members, in a shockingly rude manner, told us never to come back again. To be treated with such disrespect is simply unacceptable in any service industry.
I’ve never encountered such poor customer service, and I will not be returning to this place. I would advise anyone thinking of dining here to look elsewhere, as there are plenty of restaurants that actually value their customers and provide...

He refused and said, “If I put it in a box for you, you have to pay me more.” I told him, “Okay, I don’t want to.” We ate the sandwiches inside the restaurant. When we finished, I went to him to pay the money. I told him, “Then I have to pay you less because I didn’t put any kind of salad inside the sandwich.” He said, “No, the price is the same.” I said, “Then why didn’t you give it to me?” When I asked you to put the salad in a box, and because the restaurant was full, he denied it and said, “I told you I would put the salad in a box and you refused.” This was very annoying to me because when I go to any halal restaurant and ask for salad, they put the salad in a box and smile, but at Kurdsat Restaurant, they...
Read moreA seemingly average middle Eastern takeaway from the outside, a counter, a menu more complete than what's sold, 4 tables. But this cafe restaurant cooks some exceptionally nice food. I had mince lamb kebab (2 of) which came with a salad and naan. The naan what delicately toasted on the underside, softly cooked on top. It was light and nit the usual storage bomb of the curry restaurants. The salad was mixed with little follows if different dressings in hummus, yoghurt- mint and others. Also the meal came with a small bowl of lentil ? soup which was pleasant. But the kebab was the star, melt in the mouth. This would 've the envy of any restaurant. It was a reason to come back. I,'ll find it hard to bring my self to try other options on the menu, but who know they may be just as great or better! Whole think was £5.20 Inc...
