KFC Sheffield - Haymarket — Restaurant in Sheffield

The meal was mid to be honest, it could have been better. The service was the worst kind of service I have ever experienced so far. I cannot remember the specific time I entered the restaurant but when I got my food I checked the time and it was 1:30pm. The reason I'm stating the time is so you could know the staff members that where working that time. As I came into the restaurant, the Kiosks were not working and there was no sign that informed customers that it wasn't working. Then I went to the till to make my order and while waiting for my turn, the female staff member that was calling customer orders literally told me to call a customer for her because the customer didn't hear her! Then, after getting my food, I needed to use the restroom and it was messed up! like really messed up. There's supposed to be a timer for the toilets to be checked. I then let one of the staff member( the same lady that asked me to call her customer ) know about the condition of the toilets and she said she was going to clean it up. She then went ahead to start having a conversation with one of the customers that was sitting at the table right in front of me and the were very loud! She knew the customers outside work and was asking irrelevant questions. She was asking about their family, work and all that mind you I was pressed! I needed to use the toilet badly. She asked the lady at the till for gloves( she was very loud) and went to clean the toilet. When she was done cleaning the toilet, she just looked at me from the bin area and pointed to the toilet door to let me know she had cleaned the toilet. On my way to the toilet, she then proceeded to ask me why I didn't use accessible toilet and I was like I didn't know I was allowed to do that and at the back of my mind , I was thinking, what if someone that actually needed to use the toilet came when i was in there? And she was like "next time use it". I got to the toilet, the floor was still messy, she didn't clean the floor.If it was possible to to give the service minus zero...

I ordered one wrap of the day meal (twister wrap plus a drink), which took around 30 minutes to be made and bagged. However, the woman at the till didn’t give me a drink!

I had to stand there waiting for her to realise that I was still stood there, told her I didn’t receive my drink, and she told me I didn’t order a drink. I proceeded to show her my receipt, which clearly showed one meal with a pepsi.

She then made my Pepsi, did not apologise for the long wait nor for the mistake, and then walked off!

My girlfriend’s order then took another 10 minutes, putting our total time in store up to 50 minutes and our time from ordering to receiving our food up to around 40-45. I could’ve cooked a real meal in less time than it took this KFC to bag a few pieces of chicken, and I wish I had.

The food wasn’t even that good. The gravy in my gf’s meal was extremely watery, and the wrap had near to no salad or sauce. My gf’s burger was also falling apart on account of the fact that whoever made it was clearly incapable of putting the bun on the TOP of the burger.

I don’t usually like to complain about fast food, but Jesus Christ this was bad service. I’d say avoid this particular franchise if you can, it’s absolutely not worth the...

KFC on the city road in manor is ok they do try there best to give a good service but at times the take eye of the ball a bit when it comes to in-store service as opposed to drive through service which seems to take more priority at times ..! The place is is not a big KFC but it and maintained ok as well the toilets in ok order but absoulety freezing when u go in (the gents toilets) also there is the infamous KFC Tues 9 piece chicken deal which is running again atm but be prepared to up 30mins for your food as they do get swamped especially between 4 and 6pm even with full staff the can be overwhelmed with people especially with the drive through queuing up.to get served 😮😮..! The quality of the food is what you expect from any KFC and at least they have the hot drinks machine is back up and running too .

My overall opinion is it's is ok but could do with some TLC on the customer service to strengthen the team morale..! Plus some maintenance to the seating area there seem to be a leak comming from the ceiling near the window by the front there are 2 buckets on the the tables to catch the water..but u cannot now sit there ? And it been like that for few weeks now ? Needs to be resolved asap..doesnt...
