As with many of the reviews, the three stars are due to the staff and the waiting time. I haven't been to a KFC for many years due to being a vegetarian, but I heard rave reviews about the vegan burger and thought I'd give it a try. The store seems fairly new and fresh inside, which is an expectation in today's world. Upon entering the store, it was almost empty and I proceeded to the self-serve screen. A member of staff told me not to use them as they're broken (which was quite clearly a lie, as a customer came in later and used it). When going to the till to be served by the aforementioned member of staff, I asked for the vegan burger to which I was immediately met with ridicule! Apparently, the vegan burger will never catch on and I should be eating meat. The reasons I don't eat meat are nothing to do with other people, I don't think it's appropriate to be saying such things to your customers. Once the staff member had finished their lecture on how bad vegan/vegetarian food is for everyone, they started to complain that the self-service machines are taking away their jobs. Never have I met such an openly narrow-minded human being!

On a side note, I can say that I was impressed with the vegan burger. They've done a great job of creating a fast-food plant-based alternative, it's a shame the staff let it down!
