McDonald's — Restaurant in Sheffield

I came here along with my partner and two children we used the drive though and ordered a medium big Mac meal and a large festive cheese burger meal along with two happy meals we was asked to park in the disabled bay although the restaurant wasn't busy they had cars lined up we waited ten mins for our food we checked our order before leaving and notice the large fries where there but the medium wasn't just the card board holder ando four fries in the bottom of the bag my partner called to the man who brought out our food to make him aware he said they will be in the bottom of the bag is gave the bag to my partner to show him there was literally four fries he said look there there my partner said what four fries he said yes passing the bag back and said it wasn't his his job to pick up the fries when they fall in to the bag my partner asked for a refund I that case he asked for the drink back my partner walked bk to the car to get them and notice the children where all ready eating there happy meals so he turned to the guy and said do u no what pal it don't even matter but he refused to give us the food back and my partner exchanged a few choice words he then took the car registration and threatened to get us beat up before storming in side the mangers came and and sorted it out and brought our food back with only one large fries lol I'd given up by this time and had gone off the...

Staff are rude and arrogant, especially the managers. I've ordered via the McDonalds app, receive a code/confirmation of order and be told on more than one occasion that I've not ordered and/or paid. I've even heard staff shout to the collection window staff that I haven't paid despite being cleared by the payment window staff! On the occasion this happened, I paid again and then found out a few minutes after I'd left that I'd been charged twice. I returned to the drive thru and spoke to a manager who basically was very dismissive of it and I had to request an apology. Another time, I was in a long queue, with a code etc., to be told at the payment window that the app wasn't working and to order I'd have to go around again!!...manager this time, no help. What a joke

A big difference to the staff at Meadowhall Retail Park McD's who are far more polite and I've never had an issue with...

Was actually surprised to see negative reviews when i popped onto here... This was one of the best Mcdonalds i've visited, and i've genuinely been to at least 50 of them at this point easily!

Food was well made and well presented, arriving quickly, and the staff were an absolute delight - Very friendly and professional. :-)

Admittedly came here on a quiet day (around 3PM on a Monday) so maybe that has something to do with why we had a good experience, but would definitely return here! Was such a good experience i actually specifically noted it down in my reminders to leave a review! :-D

Might be that the bad reviews are out of date and they've had a switch around, or maybe its that i just got lucky, who knows. Either way was very satisfied on our visit and would definitely...
