This place has potential to be a great place to enjoy food & drink in an outdoor/ socially distanced way. However, when we arrived they sat our group of six at a table with two other people we didn’t know. It was not possible to distance from this other party. This is definitely against current guidelines. We were able to order drinks from the table and had quick service. It was unclear what the ordering system was for the food vendors, it would be great if they offered an option to order from the table as well. No complaints on the food or drink. There appeared to be 3 port-a-loos and 3 toilets in a shipping container. The port-a-loos were disgusting. Worse than some festivals I’ve been to and they were eventually closed. Two of the toilets in the shipping container were closed as well, leaving one working toilet for the whole venue. There was a bouncer for the toilet and he let several people cut the long queue (maybe they were staff?). When finally at the front of the queue, the bouncer tried to make friendly conversation but repeatedly moved to stand within one foot of me (I had seen other people touch or interact with him at close distance and didn’t appreciate him not maintaining social distancing). Overall this place did not seem to meet current COVID guidelines and I’m assuming did not met health and safety guidelines for toilets (including a lack of...
Read moreIf I could give a minus score I would. A group of us purchased tickets for the 30+ event on the 26th July. What a complete scam, the advertising stated 4 arenas, street food, and other things going off. When we arrived we were told to go to the Decks bar, where music was playing. We got drinks, (which was not very good, so much so my Husband could not finish his lager.) Our thoughts were, where is everything ? so we made enquiries and was told, this is it, a dj playing music 2pm till 10pm. There was a stage which had not been finished and cars parked in the grounds. Not to mention plenty of under 30s present. Why?Street food, where? There was one small place to get food. Every member of our party was disappointed to say the least. Advertising an event like this and paying for tickets at the same time as Tramlines should have been excellent. Sheffield is full of places with fantastic live music, so that's where we headed. What a complete waste of money. A full refund would be nice, but, I doubt we will even get a response. Be very wary if you pay for an event...
Read moreCame along for the st Lukes family fundraiser... if that's what you call it
Not a single mention of St Lukes as a charity at any point all day or any poster relating to it.. seems a little odd if I'm honest for a so called charity event.
Advertised as a family day with stuff for kids... nothing for kids inflatables didn't turn up no stalls nothing at all. Kids bored and for a refund expected to leave if wanted one however spoke to another person and they told me they got a full refund and still there when we left. An absolute joke.
Food vendors... plenty... not at all was a couple serving food and let's be honest kids don't want fancy food like gyros.
Also what a joke music wise.. waiting over an hour between bands towards end and never gave people.updates just left people stood waiting.
Overall poor and a shambles for something which was supposed to be a...
