Absolutely BRILLIANT service from the start to the end. As I walked in smelling the delightful aroma of the freshly baked cookies I had thought of my childhood where my mother would bake me all types of treats.

Outside cookie jar shop I saw a funny and kind Cookie Monster that was giving love and wholesome vibes to everyone. Walking in the shop and smelling nostalgia of how mother would bake cookies for me… I had felt delighted and at home not to mention the lovely ladies that were serving me at the counter with their warm cookie sprit.

I was spoilt for choice with the variety of delicious treats they had to offer.I had picked up a mint, kinder, and a white chocolate and raspberry cookie. They were thick and chunky cookies unlike other businesses that feel as thin as a jaan bread.

The atmosphere was second to none, from the the music (fly me to the moon) to the beautiful red carpet as you enter. The lights hanging from the ceiling to the massive “cookie jar london” logo. It felt like home to me of course run by a small family. I applaud their efforts and how well they have done

The whole shop was a vibe and let’s not forget about the Cookie Monster as he high-fivedme and gave me a little dance.

I will definitely be coming a lot more and if you are deciding to as well …....

I recently tried these cookies, and I have to say, they were a huge letdown. The quality was far below what I expected. The cookies were dry and crumbly, with a texture that felt stale, as if they’d been sitting on a shelf for too long. The flavor was equally disappointing—there was a distinct lack of freshness, and the taste was oddly artificial, almost like they were made with subpar ingredients.

What bothered me most was the uneven preparation. Some cookies were overbaked and hard, while others were undercooked and doughy. It seemed like no care or consistency went into making them. For the price, I expected a much better product, but these cookies were just poorly made and not enjoyable at all.

I wouldn’t recommend these cookies to anyone looking for a satisfying treat. It’s clear they were made without attention to detail or quality, and there are far better options out there. Save your money and...

I will highlight everything that is wrong with this place.. they are charging around £4 in slough yes slough for a cookie. The shop is like a phone box literally. They have like 8 cookie varieties and a ready made ice cream machine in there. Disappointed is an understatement. It is absolutely vile they are charging almost £4 for a cookie. I would have felt some remorse leaving this review if they seemed to have any over heads or even rent for this matter. But they are literally selling cookies from a living room which is converted into 2 shops. Tiktok influencers who have pumped this place in return for free cookies are disgusting people. Lets be honest who do you think are charging more than Subway or any other place that sells cookies. Ridiculous really. I feel...
