We weren't too sure where to have a bite to eat, as it was the first time we'd visited Swadlincote. After looking around the shops, we happened to find Sweet Caroline's, as they had gluten free options available. It didn't take us long to be seated and the menu had quite a few options. The staff were very friendly and took out order swiftly. The wait wasn't too long and we were very impressed! I particularly enjoyed the panini and crisps I had, although I can't quite remember what it was (has brie in it!) Whatever it was, it was superb and hit the spot nicely! Was great alongside my ruby hot chocolate, which I'd never had until then but will definitely be having it again! Stop by this place, if ever you're feeling peckish in Swad!

Caroline and her team assisted with hosting my sister's baby shower and afternoon tea. It was a fabulous afternoon, hired privately, the food was fantastic and a lovely venue in the heart of Swadlincote. Caroline was helpful before and during the event and was very efficient in her communications. I would highly recommend.

Hired as part of my friend’s 18th and the atmosphere was fab. Seems the perfect place for lunch, homemade cakes are lovely too, will be coming back soon!!

Great cafe with great staff and awesome food. Really enjoyed my breakfast and lovely coffee. Busy cafe but timing was great from being served and making the order to our food coming out nice and hot , fresh and yummy. Everyone there seems like they are on the ball and I highly recommend. They serve great fresh cakes and snacks too. Super value for money. Will be back again no doubt and I need to book and afternoon tea , they...

Had our daughters christening bunfight here today. Cannot fault anything, Caroline was great with communication, the service, the food and venue were all amazing. Everyone has complemented what a lovely venue it was. Nothing was too much bother, 1 child was dairy free, Caroline provided with no hassel. Lovely touch of the sweet trolley to display the cupcakes. I'm sure we will b back for many more occasions now...
