Average food but it’s what most people would expect from a fast food place, is it the best food from the available fast food places?… NOPE, but you get what you pay for and honestly the milkshake machine work mostly and the staff have an IQ that far exceeds the average french fry (in-fact they mostly are very polite dare I say friendly), they won’t win awards for service as with all fast food chain stores they are pretty scripted.
The fry’s often taste like they were a little past best but you get good and bad days with that and largely if busy they are fresh tasting and if a quieter periods it’s more a case of luck!
The food as most humans will know isn’t going to get and Michelin stars then neither will any other fast food place and actually for the price (yes they have increased prices quite a lot recently, but hasn’t everybody in every industry?) Then that said it’s very rare you hear about anyone getting particularly unwell from eating at a McDonald’s restaurant so it’s a fairly safe bet if you want reasonably fast food that is a decent quality.
You honestly get what you pay for and coming to somewhere like a McDonald’s restaurant you should set your expectations mid range to low range. If you’re expecting a top-notch three course meal clearly you’re in the wrong place if you’re expecting decent quality fast food then you likely will be in the right place.
Accessibility is great at all of their locations that I’ve visited in the UK and that’s many and the menu choices cater pretty much for every common dietary requirement. They have very good allergy information available and the staff have guides for anything they don’t know off the top of their head, but the best place to check before visiting is always the website for particular offerings available at the local outlet as well as any special dietary requirements.
Honestly McDonald’s being delivered is pretty much the worst case scenario I would have to be pretty desperate before ordering for delivery. I have done many times in the past and at best cold stale food if it’s meant to be hot and fresh is kind of to be expected and anything that is supposed to be liquid will probably be covering your dinner by the time it arrives despite their best efforts of putting extra lids et cetera on And anything is supposed to be cold/frozen will be defrosted/warm basically whatever you expect you will get the total it and if you expect to enjoy your dinner asking for delivery will definitely mean you will not enjoy it. I don’t know anybody who has positive things to say about the way McDonald’s deliveries work and unfortunately it doesn’t matter which delivery partner you order via They tend not to be able to find your house if you live anywhere more complicated than straight in front of the McDonald’s, the communication with those DELIVERY DRIVERS is stretched to say the absolute best and often they will say it’s delivered but you will find it two days later in your local bins But if it does arrive and you don’t mind reheating it so it becomes chewy and half resembles an edible food stuff then great deliveries...
Read moreThis was my experience. I called past McDonald's around 10.30pm on my way home after a very long day, thought I'd grab a bite to eat and a drink. All went well ordering on the large touch screen and then patiently stood waiting for my order, after what felt like an eternity it came and like most I wandered neck to my car to enjoy my burger and the new twix latte. I opened my food and that's where it all started to go a little wrong. My FAST food was at best warm. The burger was only just warm enough to eat without it being horrid, the fries weren't much better and the twix latte, which could have saved this review was the ice cold. Now I like a cold coffee now and again but not when it also tastes of just milk. I took the latte back and they replaced it for a warmer one and at that point l, it was late, raining and really couldn't be bothered after that. I've had McDonald's before from here and other locations and usually it's fine but this was very poor. Hopefully just a one off and I could understand if they were really busy but they weren't.
Now, I'm not a McDonald's connoisseur nor am I a regular user but, I expect hot food to be that and not at best warm. Make of this what you will but that's...
Read moreI have been a loyal customer for years and we have been to this establishment nearly every lunch time and even later on for tea time, the variety of food that you have is amazing, the amount of chicken nuggets (they are chicken right?) I have had, I may aswell start popping out eggs, out of my ass crack. The Big mac is a very good dish that I have had, accompanied with slightly warm potato fried wedges, dosed in sea salt are just divine. Me and my friends come in often, especially Cameron Kingsland (If you look at his profile on facebook, you will know why) and Morgwan (who helped me compose this article) Zachary Burton is another loyal customer and in his time has eaten a lot of the, wedges, Blain Leslie has in fact spent over £500 in your establishment over the last year, which makes me believe, he should be entitled to a loyalty scheme. Your staff are very good aswell, except for Justin Smith, he is dreadful,...
