Happy Lemon Southampton — Restaurant in Southampton

As a connoiseur of bubble tea, I have looked around Southampton to find the best location to get it. Having been to Chatime, Ding Tea, BubbleDrop or Tea Rex and even restaurants that offer bubble tea I have never come across one that has such a good range and quality as Happy Lemon.

Happy Lemon always provides consistent and high quality drinks, at a relatively reasonable price.

Their toppings are always fresh and tasty, with their tapioca and brown sugar pearls being the best ones I have found in Southampton and they are always ready and fresh.

My personal go to is the Taro milk tea, with the taro ball topping and tiramisu cream crown. Furthermore, the Boba Macaccino is an amazing coffee drink, with the brown sugar pearls it's a great blend of coffee and the topping's flavours which would make anyone who loves coffee enjoy it.

Happy Lemon constantly delivers quality drinks, with even the chocolate milk tea having an intense real coffee taste that is unmatched by any other place I have visited. With the connected Ji's Chicken shop next to it, this is a wonderful place for any bubble tea enjoyers....

We have been here around 20 times and every single time the staff members are incredibly racist and rude. They never put the same quantity for us as we are Asians to the other people staff members of so rude. One of the managers seems highly of you is that they do not like us and we feel very intimidated although the bubble tea is so expensive and overpriced and not worth it. Sometimes they are the only people that can do a tarot bubble tea in Southampton so I go there But if it wasn’t for the terror then I would never ever go here and recommend any Asians or any minority groups as they do not like you and will not give you the same bubble tea they give to Chinese or English customers. Trust me I have been here more than 20 times and I never write reviews and this last time I’ve had enough we ordered a purple yam bubble tea and they put half of it and even the other staff member was asking the staff member is it is not enough, and the other one proceeded to look at us and laugh . So rude and overpriced and disgusting...

Went here on Sunday, and I still cannot get over how I was terribly treated by the lady who took my order. This lady got piercings on her cheeks I believe and dyed eyebrow with tattoos. She was very rude and aggressive towards me. In the middle of me ordering the drinks, she kept using the very unpleasant tone to rush me finishing my orders, when I was asking my boyfriend what he would like to have. I understand that there were other people behind me waiting to order as well but it was not a good reason why she got to be so rude to me about it. And it was not like Im gonna be there 3 hours to order the drinks. The lady kept telling “Are you done? It that it?…” and she was not even hiding the hate on her face as well. In the end, when I came back to pick up my order, I did address this problem to other lady who worked there too, but it did not seem that this problem was heard and resolved.
