Lamore Pizza — Restaurant in St Helens

I'm from Scotland and not a local so a genuine review. I've just been in and got a calzone and chips....food is delicious!! And the takeaway deserves a 5* review however its getting a 4 for the following reasons which is intended as constructive criticism.

1. Hair everywhere! Heads, chins and cheeks... this is not good for a raw food outlet...hair nets are required urgently!
2. No hands were washed after taking my money or operating the till.... then you made my calzone with no poly gloves on...
3. White i was waiting someone came into shop at the back of me and was greeted with a handshake and hug..... we're they say the toilet before the handshake?.....again no hand wash or vinyl gloves.

These are silly mistakes which could have implications so hopefully the above will be taken on board asap.

HYGIENE TOP PRIORITY

Ill see you again in near future....hopefully bosses job will be taken...

I have ordered from here now for the last week .every time I order the food is perfect No complaints at all Delivery is always ahead of the time stated These guys deserve more than the rating they have on Google It's the only place in 23 years of live Ng in st Helens that has served me the best kebab every single night I have ordered

Lamore I wish I could give you on here ten stars but your food is perfect Best kebab in st Helens for sure I will try the burgers and pizza soon

We ordered from these tonight with the total of the order exceeding £30 the food was on time cant fault that but what you can fault is that the food was that cold it felt like they had just got it out the freezer the cans of pop were warmer than the food itself.

We phoned up and complained about the food and we are told the reason the food was cold is because you got to think of the 1 mile journey it has taken from the oven to my door...... last time I checked I lived in St Helen's not the Antarctic
