So on Sunday the 25th August me and my girlfriend ordered two large cheesy bite pizzas.. after an hour when they still hadn't been delivered I rang them (as they have a £10 off voucher if they're later than 40 mins with your food) the guy on the phone was rude and said I need to ring head office, fair enough. When we got our pizzas they were horrible, cheese wasn't melted on them they weren't cooked properly and there was no garlic sprinkles on them, I'd paid for extra cheese and never got extra cheese and I'd ordered the buffalo chicken pizza which should come with Chipotle sauce but had none of that on either, that was the only reason I ordered that pizza! I rang back the next day to complain, really wasn't happy with the service the delivery time or the quality of what we bought, I mean it's £21 pound a pizza man!? The manager was actually quite nice when I rang back the next day and said they'd make our pizzas again for us, I was actually really happy about this untill the delivery driver said at the door: 'the manager said this is the third time this has happened if it happened again you won't get anything from us' well I can tell you now that is the first time I've ever had food remade for me and I'm not going to have some chavy delivery driver make me feel bad about complaining at the door. Yes we have used the £10 off voucher multiple times because it's your own policy for being late. We won't be coming back again now. And just a side note, the pizza were really nice when they were remade, just a pity...

Read moreExtremely poor service. Monday night and it took 2 hours to deliver a pizza. Constantly trying to call but no answer. So I actually went to the shop. Inside there were only 3 staff and loads of waiting orders. The staff looked like they didn't want to be there and the phone was ringing the whole time I was there and nobody picking up. Guess it was all of the other people wondering where their orders were! All the girl at the counter could say was 'I dont know what to say to you' , no apology, no offer of a discount or even a refund. I could see she had been through enough tonight already, just as another angry person entered for the same reason. Culture like that comes from the management so I'm not blaming the kids working there. Whoever is managing that branch needs to sort themselves out. I wont be coming back though.
