Sat here waiting and fuming order dosent turn up after an hour and a half ring up they say it’s been delivered it deffo hasn’t, they say they was delivered to the wrong address okay, they say they will send another, an hour later ring back oh yeah he’s in the car on his way, half an hour later we’ve not sent another order so you want us to just cancel it so you get a refund……. dosent cancel it Uber app says just sit and wait for the order that’s never coming shocking customer service, id recommend going absolutely anywhere else because you might actually get the stuff you order, rude driver in the background shouting down the phone! Maybe learn to read the address your delivering to love 0...

Absolutely ridiculous wait times. We ordered at 7pm with delivery expected between 7:30-7:50. We rang the store at 8:20 giving them an extra 30 minutes. The phone lines were completely off. Rang them around 40 times to just ask for an update, no answer. This led to us driving to the store and asking in person for an update. I then had a phone call from the driver to say he was at our house. If the store was that busy on a Tuesday night they should’ve turned off their delivery services whilst they caught up with orders. I’ve been going here for quite a long time as the food/milkshakes have always been nice even if sometimes they take a little bit longer than normal. Although I ordered here earlier on this week 3 milkshakes and all the milkshakes tasted sour, these things happen it’s easily done so I wasn’t too fussed. I rang up to see if they could replace them or refund as they wasn’t drinkable and was told the manager wasn’t in so they would contact me back which is fair enough. Nobody ever contacted me back which is quite disappointing really as the order was about £18 and they didn’t offer to replace or refund at all and never heard back from them with me...
