Nice coffee but shame about staff attitude towards customers and in front of customers it was bad It was like talking to a grumpy teenager I ordered a latte and 2 hot chocolates to be taken out and the attitude I got was "so you want Medium then" with a real grumpy looking face and I was asked if I was taking out or staying in I said taking out the girl who was serving the drinks started putting it in a glass mug I mentioned I was taking them out and the look I got was awful if looks could kill I would be dead there was a stressful bickering going on between the staff over it all. I Went to Costa on my 30 min lunch break and ordered a large gingerbread latte to go. There was only one person working and service was very slow as other staff didn't seem bothered that customers were waiting. my order took 15 mins and was charged more than was advertised.

I went again today to give Costa a second chance and had to wait another 15 minutes due to slow service and only one server working again, whilst other staff again not bothered about the customers. I ordered the same drink but was told they don't do a large and was charged differently to yesterdays price.

Inconsistency of knowledge, pricing and poor customer service. No good...
