I was waiting in a queue whilst two of the staff were flapping their gums with what looked like someone they knew. I was served by some spotty goit who got my order wrong. When questioned, one of the staff stopped talking and gave me what I ordered, which was cheaper than what I was originally given. Nothing was said until I, again, I questioned it. She gave me, what seemed like a task, a refund and told me it'll take a few days to process. I said "a few days, it's comical as you were happy to take my payment", which was by card. She looked at me and said, in a patronising manner "Have a nice day " The staff should not talk to the customer in the manner as she did, absolutely disgusting. Read moreEverything I ordered was cold except the sausage rolls. Very disappointed and so was the rest of the family. We waited till we got home and heated them up before eating them. Cold congealed meat ain't nice when it's supposed to be hot. Had a Greggs from queensville last week and it was spot on, not here though. This shop looks so run down compared to queensville.
