Awful experience. Spend 60 quid for a family of four. My 3 year old went and asked for a second box of crayons as they were sharing one box and she is told no as they are only allowed to give one box of 4 tiny crayons per family. You know the type that you get at wetherspoons and they are just in a basket... well here they are treated like gold. The dairy free choice is non existent. Prices ridiculous. Only two drink options for children are both milk based. They served half of our food 10 minutes before the rest. You expect food at theme parks to be a rip off but this was awful in experience, service and everything else too. What sort of establishment would rather a 3 year old cry than give a box of 5p crayons when I've just...
Read moreThe food is probably the best here across the whole of this theme park - that's including the hotels.... But I'm not sure that this is a compliment .

We go to AT regular and I will take our own...

That said it's expensive for what you get and what we had, the jacket potato and sandwiches for the boys wasn't great. There's also not enough highchairs for one to be on most tables ,so for some this will be a waiting game, which with small, hungry, angry little people can be quite stressful. Some of the staff could also do with learning how to smile, but then the same could be said of quite a few of this year's crop. We'd probably eat here with our boys next time, as they will still be small but it's not somewhere to take your kids once they've outgrown...
