Just Chicken — Restaurant in Staffordshire Moorlands

I recently visited this restaurant at Alton Towers and unfortunately, while the food was decent and the staff were ok, the overall cleanliness of the establishment was very disappointing.

I’m not sure if the place was understaffed, but the bins were overflowing with rubbish, and there was litter—cups, napkins, food containers—spilling out onto the floor. Tables were left uncleared , and the floor itself was sticky and dirty, with food debris scattered around and visible spillages. The condiment area was in disarray, with used sauce cups and rubbish left all over the counter.

Although the service itself was fine and the staff were doing their best, it’s clear they were stretched too thin to keep the restaurant presentable. For such a popular location, particularly within a major theme park, higher standards of cleanliness and staffing are...

I was very surprised that a fast food takeaway inside a theme park would provide such a high quality service but I must say the speed in which the the food was provided was fantastic. As for the actual chicken...I was amazed. The chicken tasted gorgeous and was piping hot when served...I cannot rate this place enough as it has been a while since I have tasted chicken as good as this...definately recommend this place if you want a good meal at somepoint through your day at...

Its like one of the attractions. Only without the the good bit at the end. Wait in line for what seems like an eternity. Pay a ton of money. And if memory serves me rite drinks are not included. And then get let down by how shocking the food is. To be fair the chips were fresh but the chicken was very dry and the fizzy drink was flat. Also you have to time it jus rite or there is no where to sit at all. Altho there is a wall where the ducks want to share...
