Almost didn't write this review because sometimes I'm late ordering my sourdough loaves and they sell out leaving me disappointed and a positive review can only compound these occurances. I am though because it's all about spreading the loaf isn't it really. :) Friendly bunch and good communication. You can tell they enjoy what they do as it shows in their produce. Only use natural ingredients which is great. They sell to some of the eateries in Leek which is a bonus when you go out for a bite. I recently attended a Bread Making Course at Live Love Loaf and what a fabulous day it turned out to be. Garry & Matt are fabulous teachers and so passionate about helping students like me to discover just how easy bread making can be, if you follow the right process.

Nothing like you might expect having watched Mr Hollywood et al on the TV!.

I can't wait to get going now all of my supplies have arrived and with my course notes in hand I am hoping for success. :-)
