AVOID AT ALL COST! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! POOR QUALITY! POOR DELIVERY! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
So last Saturday me and my partner ordered the deal 2 medium pizzas and 2 sides, we phoned them to ask to have our pizzas well done. When the pizza arrived it was only half the delivery and I was told I would get the other half of the order with a seperate driver. Eventually my pizza turned up. It looked and tasted like it hadn't been in the oven more than 10 seconds and the fries were stone cold and rock hard frozen in the middle. So I rang up to complain and was told I would get a replacement. So 20 minutes later. I recieve my replacement which was the wrong pizza it had ham and sweetcorn on it and was also undercooked. So I rang again and was told my replacement is on its way. Another 10-15 minutes another raw undercooked Pizza arrived. I rang and told them forget it I want a refund. I was put on the phone to a manager who could barely speak English who agreed to give me a refund and hung up on me. The next day I had bad stomach pains from only eating 2 slices! I didn't receive my refund so I got on to customer services which said it could take up to 3-5 working days and a representative from the franchise group will be in touch neither of these happened so I complained again to chase it up only to be told the same thing. This is such a joke! Don't go Dominoes instead support your local family ran businesses instead or even a frozen Chicago Town pizza is better than what they serve lesson...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered a pizza which did not arrive, despite the app tracker telling me it had been delivered. After an hour I tried to call the branch but no one answered the phone. I rang three times.
Then I rang the neighbouring branch, and someone answered but fobbed me off, saying that the delivery time was fifteen minutes longer than I'd been waiting, and if it hadn't arrived then to call back. Fifteen minutes passed, no pizza. Called the neighbouring branch and now they're not answering the phone either.
After two hours I called a third branch, and finally got someone who seemed interested in offering customer service. He contacted the manager of the original branch, who apparently wasn't at work but assured him "the pizza should have been delivered." I told him to give my number to the manager of the original branch so he could call me to resolve this. Never got a phone call. Never got the pizza. Complained on the Domino's website and never got any response.

Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would the attitude from the delivery driver was awful to start, I live in a multi story building he told me on the phone I’d have to come down he’s not allowed in hed have to ring his manager baring in mind they have previously come to my flat door and delivered, I have a 2yr old ( single parent) which i can’t leave while I go down and get pizza!! I then got a second call from the manager from the shop who stated to me they can’t enter the building because due to health and safety they weren’t insured for stairs and lifts …( is this even a thing) even after informing him of my situation he wasn’t bothered, absolutely disgraceful it’s called delivery for a reason and nothing stated on there website about new regulations about this even for covid. Keep the money and enjoy the pizza clearly more important than the service or worth leaving a child...
