If I were to describe this place in just one word that word would be.... Humonahumonahumona which I realise is more of a sound than a word. The second you start looking at the menu you start salivating. The scent of all the amazing sweetness wafts around the place. You take your table number to the till once you know exactly what you want. Then while waiting you see what other people have ordered and question every life decision you have made up until this point. My one piece of advice you should carry into Kaspas is go with your gut. Your first instinct will serve you well. Then begins the agonising wait. To be clear it's not a long wait but the anticipation of what you know is coming feels like an eternity. Then it arrives and it is better than you expected. It looks good, the people on your table are jealous of your choice but you are equally as jealous of there's. The smell wafts up. You just have to dig in. The next thing you know you have an empty plate, a full stomach and a look of bliss on your face. You look up and remember you're there with other people. It's like coming out of a group joy coma. Tldr. It's really good go try it!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Delicious desserts and top-notch service! I had the pistachio and kunafa waffle and wow – it was next level! I added the pistachio gelato as an extra, and it was lush!!! So creamy and full of flavour – highly recommend. 😍 I also had the Milky Bar milkshake with cream and it was absolutely delicious. Sweet, smooth, and just the right amount of indulgence. The shop itself is lovely and spotless, even though it was busy when I visited. The team were so friendly and helpful – service with a smile all the way! 😊 Thank you to everyone at Kaspas Stockport – I’ll definitely be back for more!

A sweettooth's haven. Cremes better watch out, there's a new kid on the block and it ain't playing 😁 Update: still as good as I remembered! Update 2: now has a new menu, my favourite item on the menu (chocoholic sundae) has changed, which came as a shock. It tasted just as good but was presented differently with no mountain of cream. The staff were great and gave me extra cream when they saw I was taken aback. It's still a great place for desserts and waffles.

We’ve visited this place quite a few times now but our experience today was terrible. We went in for last min Mother’s Day treat with my wife and 2 children. We ordered over £25 of food and drink and sat down to wait. As we sat down we noticed a small sign on the outside of the window that said “mums eat for free if you spend over £8.95” No one had mentioned the offer when we ordered so rather than ask for something refunded back and since the food had only been ordered circa 30 seconds prior, I asked if they could add something extra on to our order for my wife. They point blank refused to do anything unless we spent another £8.95. The manager came over and we explained the situation and she just said that there was nothing that she could do. However if you’re the manager of the branch you CAN do something, the honest answer is she just wouldn’t. When the food and shakes arrived they were more bland than usual but due to the response (or lack thereof) that we got earlier we thought there is no point in raising this. We won’t be going back, it’s expensive which I don’t mind paying if the food and service is good but...

My partner and I visited today and purchased coffee and cheesecakes one being a sticky toffee cheesecake This item had very hard topping which was too difficult to eat upon asking a member of staff what this topping was the response was no idea it just comes in that way Further attempts to break through unbelievably resulted in bending the spoon a member of staff witnessed our attemps and was so shocked she came over and kindly apologised she then went off returning shortly to advise that her manageress would be coming over to speak with us 10 mins later with no sign of the manageress we upon leaving we found the manageress where again we explained our grave concerns that the topping is a dangerous choking hazard and this was met with a bank look and a poor ... I'm sorry. The staff were very good but manageress had no clue with how to deal with this issue and...
