I'm sorry to be the typical 'angry customer' people always hate to see, but I feel I must share my most recent experiences with whoever cares to read it (don't worry, I won't be offended if you don't read it!) Here is the complain I have sent to Head Office "Forked out £20 on McDonald's on Sunday as a treat for myself and my partner. We ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, a chicken legend meal and a Grand big mac with bacon meal. The fries arrived cold and undercooked. The supposed *GRAND* big mac was nothing but an ordinary big mac, shoved into a grand big mac box. Mis-labelling of a product. The salad on my chicken legend was clearly old and visibly bruised. I couldn't nor wouldn't give a single sliver of anything I was presented to my pets, so how I was expected to eat it is a mystery to me. Everything arrived and was just thrown together with no care or consideration. Absolutely disgusting I can't believe the excuses I was given when I called them up. The girl I spoke to never gave a name, as soon as I told her about the fact everything had been thrown together, she told me that the Uber driver was to blame, yet McDonald's supply boxes to prevent their burgers from falling apart, right? They also double bagged everything so nothing to my mind would allow the food to fall apart while on a 3-minute journey. I wouldn't mind if it were one burger that had fallen apart but it was all of them. When I mentioned the fact we had been sold a Big Mac instead of a GRAND Big Mac we ordered, she said she'll 'speak to that person making them'. Not good enough, I paid for something I did not receive. We wasted money and a meal and I'm more than upset about it. One note I would like to add is that the McDonald's in Stockport on the A6 is always in disgusting shape. the eating areas are clean but the food-making areas are certainly not, every time I go in there's always dirty floors and black surfaces. That and how they have to have security at a McDonalds is just embarrassing. I know busy clubs at weekends who don't even need the security that McDonald's has." Photos are not mine, they are from a friend who has kindly let me use them as examples of when we go together (photos taken monday 18-02-19)

I’m sorry but any positivity that I ever felt towards this place is now irrevocably gone. When I visited today, this man who was messed up on booze or more had an American Pit Bull Terrier that charged at me as I was walking into the building, and I decided to smile about that despite being uncomfortable… and then once I was inside of the building, I was immediately greeted by “do you have any spare change?” by someone who was clearly a part of the three man group of chavs… and then when I ordered, I had to go through someone else due to a language barrier which I won’t judge too harshly as I know what it’s like to learn a language totally different to my own — but it was a long wait afterwards, and then when I left, the same dog charged at me way more aggressively, and the same person said “you alright, mate?” as I was absolutely fuming at him this time… I’m sorry but I no longer feel safe at this establishment, and if we’re to discuss the food which is way more important to some, then I was served two burgers — one that was hot, and one that was cold, both poorly assembled, and at £14 for the two of them — this is an extreme ripoff of truly dreadful “food” — I wouldn’t mind but this has happened twice in a row now, and the water wasn’t even chilled 😭

Don't often go to this one and I won't be going back. Both myself and friend ordered 20 chicken nuggets and a large hot chocolate. No dip so went to the counter for 1 and was told 20p please. I've never been charged for dips before so said no thanks. I hadn't realised they not longer have red and bbw sauce at the condiments section. Gave up and found the least dirty table. OK. Bit annoyed. Sat down on someone's spillages. Really annoyed by this point. Stood up and left as decided to eat food in car when we get to our destination. Aarrrhhh. Hot chocolate was just brown water and nuggets so dry they tasted like cardboard. Really pxxxed off now but at least I can leave them out for the seagulls.

Please keep in mind. 5 stars goes for staff and service they provide. Not for the food. About food will be later.

Service provided by young staff is amazing. Considering they work in busy environment and not getting much sympathy from customers; simple smile instead of shouting ' where's my straw' can do miracles. And yet despite being treated like a circus animal by customers, they still smile to you and wish you to enjoy your meal. Amazing. 5 stars earned!

Food. Well here it's a different story. This McDonald's is located next to my favourite Subway. So I thought what I can get for price of footlong sub? Nut much I'm afraid. I've choose signature spicy hamburger. Signature means you get more. Do you? Well meat taste exactly same as you would go for cheaper version. It's just more of it. But it doesn't change fact it's still taste cheap. Same with chips. Longer than regular ones you can get ( and also cheaper) but it's still same cheap food you can get there. So what are you paying so much? Fancy packaging probably because I just can find good excuse why should you pay more for food that taste same way as its cheaper, regular substitute. And add to that iced drink. For more that 7£ you get less if you decide to go next door and have a sub.
