I went into the new Stockport store to return something on Sunday 3rd March and the staff didn’t know how to do a refund on the till. I also wanted to purchase something else and asked if I could still use the £5 promotional discount originally used on my return purchases and the assistant was quite short with me saying ‘ you’ve already had it once so you can’t use it again’ . Strangest and weirdest experience ever... 😳 My sis was trying clothes on in the changing room, when she finished, we opened the curtain and the shop assistant was stood right there!! 😵 idk what she was doing, there's not even a store room near there listening in on us, or making sure we're not wearing layers on the way out.
