Ddomy pizza — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

We’ve ordered from DomiPizza several times in the past and usually enjoyed the pizza. However, we’ve had two bad experiences now, and today was the worst.

The first time, one of our pizzas arrived burnt. Mistakes happen, so we didn’t make a big issue out of it. But today, we were waiting for our order, and when it arrived, the bottom of the pizza was completely burnt—black all over. We called to explain and simply asked for a replacement pizza because we were hungry and wanted to eat, not for a refund.

Unfortunately, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. She accused us of doing this “every time,” which is completely untrue—it has only happened once before. We are regular customers and have bought from here many times, so being spoken to like that was very disappointing. She got angry and said she would bring our money back, even though we never asked for that, only for a fresh pizza.

Right now, we’re still waiting and have no idea if they’ll bring a replacement or just the money. The customer service today was unacceptable, and the attitude on the phone has really put us off ordering...

There was no tracking service, so did not know where the driver was! I saw the status on my Just-Eats app changed to delivering at 20:20 but received the food at 21:02 even though the app said delivery between 20:15 - 20:35. I had to send a reminder at 21:40 through the Just Eat app - after which, the time was changed from 20:35 to 20:50. At 21:02, I called the restaurant directly (as Just Eats app didn't have the restaurants direct number through the help "My order is Late option") and thats when the lady called the driver and I was told he was just reaching my driveway. The Just Eat app was not helpful at all. I had to Google search the restaurants direct number to follow up on the delivery time. The food was cold and dry by the time we got it. And we had to reheat all the items.

Based on the reviews I read, I ordered from here. I placed a big order for my family of 6. But, delivery was late and food was cold and dry, hence couldn't enjoy. So,...

I ordered through the website, after a while the order was cancelled and my money was temporarily frozen, I called the restaurant, the lady said they had a problem with the pizza but you can order anything else, so I placed a second order without the pizza and it was also cancelled and the money was temporarily blocked again, after another call the lady said they were closed and had a problem with the website, it would be good to provide this information earlier, I wonder how many people were so disappointed today, it's a shame because their pizza is...
