this place is sooo good !!!! the service was excellent - our server was attentive, friendly and patient with all of my dad's questions. the lamb chops came with a salad on the menu but they initially forgot it, but then brought a whole seperate salad to compensate. the complimentary bread was also delicious. everything was delicious ! so flavourful, nothing was bland at all. portion sizes are super generous and filling, we ended up taking half of the meal home. they provide foil container boxes for u to do so. fyi they don't provide tap water, just bottled. but that was the only note i had for the place, everything else was truly exceptional. support small, family-run businesses and check this place out !! it is a little difficult to find at first if u dont know where ur looking. its on a corner as u turn off waterloo road, next to a corner shop and a couple takeaway places. past the mercedes benz garage as ur coming from hanley. sooo worth the initial faff of trying to find it though. the prawns in the shrimp 1kg bucket were bigger and as good as jimmy's killer prawns. the lamb chops were tender and u get about 6. the chicken skewer was just okay, but u get a very decent portion and the chips are well-seasoned. the creamy shrimp pasta is sooo good and u get loads of big shrimp ! could keep saying more good things, but just try the place urself. the owners are lovely also,...

Was going to Stoke this evening and needed to find somewhere to eat before the show at the Victoria Halls, so I looked on Trustpilot for somewhere to eat before the show and this restaurant came up. WOW!!! What a find. Possibly one of the best meals I've ever had. We couldn't decide so we had the calamari and prawns (lightly breaded and not at all greasy) the prawns were epic, huge and meaty and the calamari was so tender best ive ever had, it also came with such a lovely aioli dip (we asked for extra) and pitta bread and we had the lamb chops which was served with buttery rice and lemons. For both meals they were roughly £20 each. There were about 10 chops, cooked to perfection, very tender and flavourful. The waiter was very polite helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend anyone to go to this little jewel of a resturant. Id give it 12 out of 10 if I could. Thank you so much...

I would recommand to add more variety of drinks in the menu. As appetizers we had aubergine salad, feta cheese with olive oil and oregano and olives. All delicous. For main mix in red sauce was a bit oily for my taste. The mix with shrimp and squid rings with wedges potatoes and sauce was perfect combination. The trip soup was very tasty also. For desert we have ordered pancakes with nutella, jam and pistachio. Very sweet. Inside has a fancy design. I recommand to ring before to book a table as could be full , the space is not quite big but is very welcoming. Lovely staff, polite...
