Starbucks — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

Staff need an attitude check at this branch. I was shocked when Donna told me the cold cream wasn't dairy as I'd had it before and nobody had told me, this wasn't Donna's fault I was just saying to the person with me about it. Donna explained it was on a tiny sign on the till but on the main menu it didn't say anything about cold cream...so I said how would I know which that is. Donna's reply was laughing way ott then rolling her eyes whilst saying "it's there". My look at this point said it all with no need for words and Donna then flung herself about and said "I'm just trying to help". Then she proceeded to tell me she could actually do the drink I was asking for dairy free, I said Im Happy to drink anything, I'm really laid back. There was absolutely no need for her frowning at me and being dramatic i hadnt complained.Donna then heard me say about her attitude (I said this loud enough to be heard whilst waiting for the drink) suddenly she became very cheerful and helpful going all extra talking about cream like she had completely forgotten herself seconds before, Too late Donna, your attitude stinks and just lost the business customers. I couldn't care less what I drink as long as its not got milk in that could kill me 😆. Unfortunately not the first incident as the staff all just seem really grumpy and unhelpful, maybe I'm just too...

Went in tonight with both my ASD children. My daughter being the one that needs a lot more attention. She was flapping a lot at the counter and I panicked about being judged. The lady that served us was amazing, in fact both women were. But my daughter then decided she didn’t like strawberries after ordering a strawberry drink! 🤦🏼‍♀️ the lady was just brilliant,I believe her name was Lucy. She was patient and spoke to my daughter with such a lovely tone. Replacing her drink with something else. It really put her at ease. She even got up after to thank them and made me fill up! As its attatched to sainsburys its entrance is used by a lot of people using the supermarket, every time I go in its a struggle to fund a seat as I see on quite a few tables -1 person 1 laptop but taking a whole table with all their paperwork & backpack on the seat next to them. I've seen on 2 occasions a theft from sainsburys & they cut through Starbucks to get away quickly. I think it should have been placed where the old sainsburys cafe was. Even half of that space would be twice the size it is...
