Stoke Cafe — Restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent

Order food through Uber eats absolutely appalled. We ordered 2 stoke breakfast, halloumi wrap and popcorn chicken and chips.

They called to say they had no halloumi and no popcorn chicken. I'm a vegetarian so the wrap was for me I said I couldn't have it when they offered me chicken but after they offered me nothing I said to just send me the chicken wrap so someone else in the house could have it. They offered chicken nuggets as a replacement for the popcorn chicken and a bottle of coke.

Food arrived almost 2 hours later cold and soggy. Chicken was definitely not cooked properly and the breakfast was shocking. Further no wrap. When called up about it they expect at £2 bottle of coke to replace the £6 wrap!

Staff who contacted me were also very rude and wouldn't expect the fact they had messed up! Would not...

Absolutely fuming, my order was 2 oatcakes with sausages cheese and bacon, hot bacon and sausage baguette and a cappuccino, ordering coming to £16.40, order has been delivered completely wrong, all I have received is a sausage and a piece of bacon with hash brown in a small box, not even worth a quarter of my order, I then proceed to ring them back and they are closed, I rang as soon as I saw it was wrong and no answer, don’t order from here if you want the food you’ve ordered, I expect a refund because I have been completely ripped off and wasted 16 pound, I have a picture of my order and the food that came for proof,...

I popped in for a take away jacket potato, the potato was very very nice fluffy and just right , my only sadness was I had a chicken sweetcorn and mayo filling, I was expecting chicken breast but it was cheap waifer thin cheap chicken from a pack, for 6 20 I would have expected chicken breast. Staff were nice , can't comment on the atmoshere as I was on the only one in but I found it strange they had cross ryrhms blasting from the radio , kind of weird blasting out Christian rock, I think a BBC stoke or national channel...
