Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Sunderland

Not a great experience today. Went in twice today. Both times had to wait a while in the queue to get served. One the second of the visits - where it seemed quieter/less crowded than the first visit - the wait to get served was a lot longer and there were only 3 people ahead of me in the queue. Also on the second visit there were no trays available and I had to ask for spoons when presented with the drinks I'd ordered. On the subject of trays, on the first visit the place was littered with trays and empty cups on the tables. They obviously didn't have enough staff to go out and...

We had 2 medium latte ,a salt caramel grape and acaramel chewy wafer waffle. It is the first we have had coffeesetc at costa coffees ,we were not I pressed with the lattes to use their was not enough coffee,I expressed my opinion to the staff and was told u get 2 shots of coffee but I did notice when waiting to be served ,it looked as though a lot of coffee around inside of cup.They staff are frienlybut work to fast ,that cup should swiped and put into your glass..I had to complain to you about this ,I never send reviews but we felt alittle cheated on the product what...

Food was great so was counter service. But tables were littered with dirty dishes. I had to clean our table off to sit down then had to also clean off a table behind us for an elderly woman, before asking for someone to come out and wipe it down. There were 3 members of staff behind the counter it would have made more sense having one walk round every once in a while to collect dirty dishes. Most people had to move them themselves and pile them on the bench earlier the counter with high stools. The food was...
