I called the restaurant at 9.36pm and gave in my order for delivery. Called them several times to ask how long my order would take as they told me it will take 40mins to deliver the food. My last call to them was at 10.53 pm to confirm the delivery. They had closed the restaurant and no one answered. The food was delivered after 2hours, but it wan't the food I ordered. It was something totally different. I ordered a small rice noodle with crispy chicken and chilli and garlic sauce. I was delivered chips and no noodles. I paid £10, waited for 2 hours and I wasn't even delivered the food I ordered. As I contacted the driver and informed him that he has handed me the wrong order, he said that he will be contacting me in 5-10mins time after contacting naga noodles, but he never did. There were pieces of egg noodle and rice noodle along with the chips and it looked like they've packed me last min leftovers. It didn't look very appealing to eat at well. They are very unprofessional and they didn't have the decency to call and let me know that there is a delay when delivering my order or they are unable to fulfil my order before they agreed to deliver and fulfil it in the first place. They should make sure that before they close the restaurant that all delivery orders a fulfilled. We ordered at online at 19.50 with the website saying that the wait could be 60 minutes. Fine, no problem. At 21.30 we decided to call, still not angry, just curious as to what was going on. ‘It’s already out for delivery, our drivers have been all over tonight.’ Why do I care where your drivers have been? You, the business, have decided where to deliver. If you can’t do it, then that’s your problem.
So, the blame the delivery driver card has been played. The food arrived at 22.10, 2 hours and 20 minutes after we first ordered. My order was with curry sauce, as was my partners. The food arrived soggy and barely even warm. And look at the pictures, what on Earth happened? Not only are the drivers having issues, clearly the in house staff have massive issues with reading!
