Dawlish Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Teignbridge

Shame I can't put a 0 star rating. Absolutely diabolical service, ordered 2 pizzas and one was incorrect - ordered a pepperoni and got a margarita. Phoned up straight away and was told a replacement was on its way immediately. Even got a second email confirmation with a new order, so i expected our replacent to be sometime after this. Hour and a half later we were still waiting so called up only be told they aren't replacing it and customer service was non existent. I quote 'What do you want me to do about it I'm not sending another' Aparently tried calling me back straight away yet no missed calls or voicemail were left.

Stay away from this shocking business. No care for their customers, only want your money. The one pizza that was correct wasn't even very good.

We were appalled by the service from Oz's Pizza and kebab house! We ordered through the Just eat app at around 4:45pm. We were given the predicted delivery time of 5:45pm. 5:45 came and went with no food or any kind of notification as to why our food was delayed! then around 6:30, after i chased them through the app, I received a notification saying that our food will be delivered at 6:40. Again 6:40 came and went with no food. After chasing via the app again, we then had a phone call from them at 7:13. The delivery driver claimed that she had put the food in my hand at 5:30 , yet when asked to describe me she replied with "i dunno, she was the first drop, ive had loads of deliveries tonight". I have tried to get a refund from them through just eat. But because they they decided to mark the order as delivered, we now have to wait for the investigation team to look into it! my children were excited to their pizza treat but instead went to bed after having...

Very disappointing from a regular customer. Ordered 2 x large chicken shish kababs. Surprised they had gone up to £13.00 each so was expecting the works. How disappointing. NEVER AGAIN!! Cartons were split into 2 sections. A small, yes SMALL pitta bread forming the base one side with 6 chicken strips placed on top with a small side salad the other, of 2 X half slices of cucumber, 2 X half slices of tomato, few bits of shredded lettuce and a small spoon of coleslaw. Oh and the sauces were forgotten so delivery driver had to come back again!. How can you justify this double whammy - a price increase alongside a reduction in the amount of food being served. I know things are tight for everyone but def not worth the amount charging now. we won't be...
