Nancy's Kitchen — Restaurant in Tendring

Well what can I say about this wonderful little establishment. We stopped in here today for breakfast, been here so many times as the food & service are incredible. Went for the No 1 breakfast @ £4.95 x 2 absolute bargain with drink’s £12, I’ve been to place’s where they charge that for one breakfast. Try Nancy’s poached eggs they are perfect, as is the omelette I went with the cheese, mushroom, onion 3 egg these are huge, the wife went for the Roast of the day Pork & apple @ £14 with drinks, rude not to @ these price’s, only one downside if I could call it a downside is you might have to wait to get in there, they are sooooo busy just proves awesome food & cost’s and even do a delivery service if you find it hard to get yourself down there. Well done Nancy you & your staff are a credit to the community. 10 / 10 from me....

The food was very disappointing. I had chillie con Carne with chops and salad and it was pretty awful the salad was freshly cut but very bland with absolutely no seasoning whatsoever, it's really not difficult to ad a pinch of salt and a dash of olive oil is it ? The chilli itself was equally dire, I actually could not taste any chilli whatsoever it actually tasted more like that cheap tinned chillie con carne that you can buy in quick save. My mum and I had breakfast here not that long ago. It was both of our first time here and we were not disappointed. The service was friendly and quick.
