Subway Chantry Centre Andover — Restaurant in Test Valley

I thought a 6 inch marinara meatball would be nice having seen how they made it on a TV programme about Subway. Even the cost of nearly £4 couldn't put me off. I got the roll, then 4 meatballs, ok and then a tiny bit of parmesan or one small piece of plastic cheese cut into two tiny triangles. All I wanted was meatballs in the spicy Italian sauce as advertised and lots of cheese, baked. What I got was completely tasteless meatballs and sauce and the cheese had just disappeared. He added some salad bits, which just made the roll wet and even more tasteless. What a CON!!! I couldn't believe that I'd spent £4 on nothing and I was very disappointed. I haven't had a bad sandwich yet. I have 3 girls and my husband always order different subs, I stick to two but they are always good fresh and filling. Due to covid they have put tables next to the fridge to keep distance but I'm in a wheelchair and can't see what they have which is frustrating not that it's a fault but that's the only problem I have. Food is Subway its delicious. Saturday, 9th March I visited after the refurb, and it doesn't look like much has changed. However, the seating arrangements are not good they have placed the 2 seater table and chair are located in front if the counter meaning all the customers wanting to be served literally stand very close to you while your trying to eat.
