Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Thanet

Friday 17th May, opening time passed two ladies working inside unloading delivery trollies. Asked what time they would be opening the reply came back " we cannot open till the trollies have been emptied " now I used it for the last week and they have been open with delivery trollies in there. I went back during the day every couple of hours, but It was still not open. I asked the guy selling fruit just outside the shop. If they had been open at all, he said about an hour, if that. So I know they have a big mark up, and one day, closing would be a drop in the ocean to them. But in a busy hospital they are a needed service.
