Reign Bar and Lounge — Restaurant in Thanet

We visited here for fathers day and we've never been here before, we were pleasantly surprised. This place is a little jem, The staff was Attentive, atmosphere was wonderful and we had the privilege of being there whilst a singer was there. We were promptly seated in the garden room which was comfortable, my children said they felt like they were in a vip area. The place is very stylish and we couldn't fault it. The roast porchetta and beef were hands down the best we've had, big portions, plenty of veg and Gravy, great value for money. Booked here for a roast, as our friend was gigging on a Sunday afternoon. I am so fussy on roast dinners, but this is definitely one of the best that my wife and I have found in thanet.

Another huge plus is their options or non-alcoholic drinks. For us to be able to order a glass of NA wine with dinner is so rare and it was fantastic quality. Other restaurants in the area, really need to catch up on meeting this need. Regular cocktails were also fantastic.

Things didn't start well. I asked if it was possible to switch something on the breakfast, the waitress replied only for something like avocado, not meat. I said what about for the potatoes? She huffed loudly and visibly rolled her eyes, which made us all feel really uncomfortable. However, from that point on, everything was great. The service from every person was spot on, and the food was lovely. Not one of us had a complaint and to be honest in the end, we actually found the "huffing" funny and it just became a talking point! It's a lovely place, we'd happily go back next time we're in...
