Cabana — Restaurant in Torridge District

This is one of the best spots for coffee in Westward Ho!. Their coffee is delicious and on a nice day, it’s lovely to sit outside and enjoy with a flapjack (which also are beautifully made). Cabana offers a range of breakfast and lunch on the menu and there are vegan options too. Very highly recommend. As a bonus they also run the coffee van on the Northam Burrows!!!

Very nice sausage bap and tea in a proper teapot rather than a paper cup. A couple of suggestions: The bap (bread) could do with a little toasting / warming as it can go cold very quickly. Also, The breakfast ought to really include some toast (even if you put the price up by £1 to cover the cost of it I feel it would be preferable to not including some) as this is the only breakfast I have had with no toast included. I initially thought it was missed off the order but didn't want to make a fuss at the time (as the food would go cold very quickly) but on looking at the menu on the way out I found out that it is not...

Absolutely amazing little food hut! Every bite tasted fresh and full of flavour – you can tell they use quality ingredients. They’ve got all the classic sandwiches, but also some really creative takes with flatbreads and salads. And don’t even get me started on the homemade cakes… just perfect.

What made the experience even better was the lovely couple running it – so kind and welcoming. We went for a swim in the sea and came back freezing, and they offered us blankets to warm up while we ate. It’s rare to find food this good with service that warm and genuine. Can’t...
