Domino's Pizza - Manchester - Urmston — Restaurant in Trafford

Awful experience, Not only did I not receive my pizza, but didn't get my money back either.

I ordered by phone and opted to give my debit details over the phone as the form of payment two hours before closing time, an hour an a half later I hadn't received my pizza, more alarmingly I didn't receive a phone call as to tell me why my pizza had not been delivered or was late, which is usually the case should they have trouble finding your property and is just good practice to inform the customer as to why it has taken well over an hour and a half to deliver a pizza.

I tried to phone the branch twenty minutes to closing time and they repeatedly put the phone down! Numerous calls later, to be exact I'd say around fifteen times, someone picked up the phone. It was obvious that with twenty minutes to go they weren't looking to take any more orders. How disgusting that a business can be run like this, if you have a problem they would like to remain blissfully unaware and put the phone down on you.

Someone eventually did pick up the phone, and to my utter amazement they said that the order had been delivered...I was lost for words. But only briefly. They had delivered my pizza to someone with a similar sounding street, regardless of taking MY postcode. The level of incompetence was astounding. Needless to say I wanted my money back. And this is the kicker. They were unable to comply. They can take my money, not deliver my pizza, but they are unable to refund me immediately.

Doesn't make sense, and during the phone call in which I spoke to the manager, Paul, there were zero attempts to make any amends for this, except saying sorry. I'm serious. No coupons, no pizza, no money, no nothing. Sorry, doesn't put a pizza on my plate or money back in my bank account.

Pizza Hut/ Local...

I went to dominos tonight because they where not answering there phone. We got there at 11:10 and I saw a member of staff and they said they are closed and open till 12 for orders. We said we did try to order but no one was answering the phone. We saw another member of staff and he said the same thing he said he will go talk to his manager and his manager said that they are closed. And he will not answer the phone for dilvery. Despite it now being half an hour before they close. I feel like dominos should hire staff that do there job rather than bunk of because they want to...

AWFUL. Used to be just like all other Domino's branches, but has recently gone downhill in terms of food preparation, presentation, and most importantly HYGIENE.

The last pizza I ordered from this branch gave me food poisoning, and not just the kind that only makes your stomach hurt - this pizza had me up all night blowing chunks into the toilet (front and back in case you were wondering), and carried on well into the day after!

Avoid this place like the plague, unless of course you want to catch the plague then by all...
