Subway — Restaurant in Trafford

Completely shocked at how I've been treated today.

The woman was rude from the onset.

I asked what the sub of the day was. She smirked at me like I'm stupid and rolled her eyes saying subway have never done that.

It may have been a while since I've visited but I'm sure they did.

Moving on her attitude was disgusting she obviously didn't want me there.

Which prompted me to ask what time the branch closes. She said 8pm it was 5.50pm when I went in.

If I wasn't due to take meds I would have left right away.

The salad contents looked way past there best. So avoided altogether. Bread was stale.

Not good enough for a store so close to such a busy tourist and office hub in Manchester.

Never visiting again and will be warning friends and family to avoid also.

Not even worth...

I went here at 12pm for lunch and the door was locked I could see someone in the back and I was knocking on and looked like they were trying to hide I find this appalling as the shop should be open and the fact they tried hiding in the back couldn't see there face just there arm and a clip board which looked like they could be doing paper work. There's no excuse this should have been closed when it also states the opening and closing time on the door...

Terrible experience today. One guy on his own, really slow and clumsy. He was playing with his phone while serving us; looked like he was trying to get the previous customer's Subcard points for himself. He was also coughing a lot without covering his mouth. The food wasn't fresh, especially the tomatoes, which were soggy & I had to throw them away. I usually enjoy Subway and receive great service and food but I won't be risking this branch again...
