I went here on Sunday for brunch. I had tried to contact the venue ahead of time to find out if we needed to book via email and instagram but my messages were read and not responded to. It was walk in only so this was fine and it is lovely inside. However I think it should be clear on their website and social media. I am vegan and I was surprised that nothing was labelled for allergies or dietary preferences on the brunch menu. I asked the member of staff what was vegan and she didn't know and originally told me the french toast would be but then I asked if it had egg and she said oh yes it does. I asked if there was an ingredients list for any of the dishes and she said no only the açai. So it turned out the avocado toast and the açai were vegan but really this should be labelled as such on the brunch menu and staff should be informed for allergies and intolerances. Read moreThis was an amazing find! As it was my first time in Altrincham and I was far too early for a meeting I needed somewhere to grab something to eat and a coffee. Making my way from the train station towards the town centre I happened across this little café and was happy I did. The décor is relaxed and inviting a combination of chesterfield sofas and armchair and cute reclaimed wooden tables and chairs. I had a coffee which was delicious and watched others order from their extensive and delicious sounding tea menu. Best of all though we're the staff. Both of the girls serving were lovely and welcoming, knowledgeable and chatty. Everything I needed at that time of the morning and more. I will certainly be going back and advise anyone who goes to Altrincham to...

The coffee is nice and the range of teas on offer means there will be something to suit everyone's taste. We also had a slice of the chocolate salted caramel cake which was delicious, really nice and not dry at all which is a common gripe of mine about cake that's been out on the side in cafés. Seats are nice but there isn't a huge amount of tables available, my only slight negative comment would be that the small wooden seats at the back of the café are really quite uncomfortable. Overall a great little café with a good range of food and drinks and a really...
