Sadly, although this place has great expectations to do well, it let itself down today. The staff were friendly and approachable however this didn't make up for the very slow service and mix up with orders. There weren't that many people in the deli however it took about 20mins to get 2 drinks. I asked for the maple syrup to be put on the side of the waffle stack however the plate was covered meaning that I could only eat half of it as it was so sweet. It had taken so long to get the food that I didn't want to reorder it. I also had to go and ask for the chips we'd ordered half way through as they'd forgotten to order them. They did take the price of the waffles off which redeemed them slightly, but this didn't affect the overall impression of the service there....

Popped in today for some food and the menu was incredibly limited (expected less than usual but not just 4 toasties, only one veggie which was cheese and onion rather than anything more interesting).
