I'll start off by saying I have always preferred Caffe Nero to Starbuck and Costa so I was very excited to see a new one opening in the area. I visited this particular café for the first time today and it had such a homely atmosphere. It was quiet, clean, warm and there were even a large amount of books stacked on a shelf that gave off a retro, nostalgic vibe despite being a very newly built place. I was really disappointed with my visit to this coffee shop. I specifically came because their hours on Google Maps indicated they were open 24/7. However, when I arrived, I was told that only the drive-thru was open, and the inside was closed. There was no information about this anywhere — not on the window, not on Google Maps. It’s frustrating when places don’t keep their hours updated or provide clear information. I hope they fix this confusion soon so other customers aren't caught off guard like...
