Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Uttlesford

The waiting time in this Caffè Nero branch is always long, one thing I don’t like about this branch is there are several waiting lines near the counter, so when you had chosen to wait at one line, you might end up waiting for longer than anyone who came later than you cos their lines were serving and moving quicker, which I found it very ANNOYING, and I have experienced this several times in a year, and they never changed their way of queuing up. Last time I went there a staff offered a free coffee to the person in front of me only cos his card didn’t work, it was a nice gesture however I found it very unfair to the rest of the customers...

Great tasting coffee and friendly staff. This store has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, complimented by light classical music - making it ideal to get some work done in the early hours of the morning! With a large collective menu of drinks, sandwiches and pastries - this store is a good place to grab some breakfast. I am a frequent customer here, and I’ve never had a bad cup of coffee, hence why I’m a regular! The barista’s have also learnt to know my order - making the experience in store effortless! Will forever be my ‘to-go’ place for a decent...

Found the perfect couch to relax here while waiting for a delayed flight... My friend accidentally spilled her coffee all over the table & floor (& me!) & although we tried to insist on cleaning it ourselves, a barista was SO kind to offer her help as well. To our shock, she then asked which coffee my friend had ordered, & promptly made a new one!:) It was such a generous gesture, thank you for the lovely...
