Domino's Pizza - Stansted — Restaurant in Uttlesford

If I could give this zero I seriously would!!!!! I was tracking my order on the app and when it suddenly declared out for delivery after 7 mins I started to 🤔 well nearly 50 min later and 2 calls from the driver and 1 to the shop my order arrived! Seriously I wished it hadn't £50+ for a meal for 2 that was completely wrong under cooked cold and generally rank😡 I called the store for the manager who I doubt was the manager but he agreed to refund me for the pizza's, "shall we remake the delivery" NO you fool ! I ordered quite regularly from here with only the very odd issue so if this is a new team I'd run !!!!! There was a very definite communication issue! Should I not receive my refund I will most definitely be taking this up with their head office. My advice would be...

As a joke I placed my order at 5.30pm it would be delivered at 6.10pm I didn't receive my order I called the store I spoke to the staff member I explained the situation they didn't have my order on the monitor but the money was coming out of my account they said to call customer's service I called I spoke to someone on the other end of the line who told me call the store I called to speak to the manager he gave me an email to ask for a refund. just the work I had and the time I spent on my mobile phone and the money I spend on calls to 0800 and they take me £48 e not refund because the email wasn't valid. Awful service..so ordered a pepperoni passion plus a drink part of a meal deal,eventually turned up a chicken and mushroom (no drink) So I Called to complain and was told they are very sorry and will resend the original pizza that we ordered within about 20 mins… Fast forward an hour and still NO pizza!! , I call them again to be then told that no pizza will be delivered as there is a problem with delivery drivers!!!! ….I said well an hour ago they assured me they would resend,so what’s changed??
