First time visit here.. Worst experience ever.. Ordered 2 shakes 2 drinks and a milk cake took 40mins I mean 40 minutes!! People came in after us and left before we got ours.. The worker was out of sprite to make the virgin mojito he only went to the shop to get ingredients when I started complaining.. Mojito waste of money it was basically sprite with a couple of mint leaves!! Never again waste of money!! Didnt even get a apology for it taking soo long.. The til guy said next time I come in they will sort me out the thing is I won’t be going back not after a experience like that.. I ordered a takeway before going to place and they had cooked a meal for 4 within 20mins but this place took 40mins for a couple...

Have also enjoyed the deserts from Aces deserts but I am really disappointed my personal phone number was saved in an employees phone and I was called at midnight last Saturday evening and then had 3 calls again this evening, asking me to say random words over the phone.

This is beyond inappropriate, completely against the UKS customer data protection Act, As my personal phone number has been taken from using Deliveroo to order from yourselves and I have been called from an employees private phone and they admitted they saved my number into their phone.

This not only a privacy violation but unprofessional behaviour and a misuse of my personal data.

Got a kinder party cookie dough was sooooo nice, I swapped the milk chocolate hazelnut sauce for white chocolate hazelnut sauce absolutely delicous tasted like the inside of the kinder and got the white choc kinder bar isntead of the milk.
