Golden Swan Chinese Takeaway — Local services in Great Britain

We ordered a take away from this restaurant that came to £40. It arrived 30 minutes late and was the wrong order. Also the pancake roll was cold in the middle.

To make matters worse upon calling the restaurant I was spoken to like a child by an incredibly rude woman who said that the food was cold because we live in killay and under no circumstances could I have a refund or have hot food sent out.

I explained that I would be reviewing the restaurant and she said “yes ok you do that I am too busy to cook you more food”

I have a 10 year old here who was incredibly disappointed about having the wrong order. It’s also very upsetting as this is our monthly treat and we will not be able to afford another take away until the end of the month.

As previously mentioned we are now £40 down and have a cold Chinese sat on our countertop.

Avoid this place like the plague, if the food isn’t bad enough, the service from the staff will ruin it...

I have had delivery from here on a number of occasions but this evening 10/12/22 myself and family were extremely disappointed. We found not 1 not but 3 black hairs in our food. This happend in two of the dishes we received. Took the time to call the store but was told they had no time to speak with me. Refused to give a name,Also owner or managers name.
