Unlimited Wings convinced us to finally go to our local Brewdog! After not eating all day awaiting these beloved wings expecting to be able to smash them down in a 1hour 30minute time slot… only to be met by 30 minute wait times for 5 wings?

To give it to them, really nice wings.

Ended up having to be sneaky and having to ask 2 separate waiters for separate orders to try and get a glimpse of hitting 20 wings within the 1hour 30minute limit…

Seems like it could be a staffing issue? Perhaps they should offer less flavours to reduce wait times?

Atmosphere seemed to have been killed by this similar mindset, the whole venue was like dogs to a bone hoping the next set of wings would finally be their order.

We were a group of 3 and had been genuinely starving ourselves all day for these! Personally really disappointed in Brewdog and wouldn’t have paid if I knew what I was getting. Real Shame. Hope they do better the...

Food: Flavour- 10/10 Portions- 10/10

Price: overpriced but good quality. We ordered a main and one pint each and it was over £50.

Was great to go somewhere with a massive selection of a brewer that we know and love. Also loved we could take our dog in! She loved it a lot.

A bit loud- but that’s a given in the evening, so if you’re happy with lots of food while you eat- it’s not an issue.

Partner LOVED the adult hoppy meal, brilliant gimmick! Plus the little pin was a great take away.

However, the service was a hilariously low- the server was completely disinterested in us and when we chose not to tip- because you pay before you even get the service, they just said ‘okay yeah fair enough’. So a bit awkward… but oh well! Just unsure how they think you can you tip before service?

Other than that recommend to any...

Update from a visit on 13.01.24. Not been here for a while as have moved from Cardiff. The urinals in the gents were absolutely disgusting! Obviously not been cleaned in weeks. Love the bar, however they're policies make no sense. They seem obsessed with bookings. I was here on Saturday afternoon 27.11.21, and they turned lots of people away. I counted at least 25 empty seats. Just let people be aware that they may only have time for one drink before the table is taken. (If indeed the reservers bother to turn up). I walked in and was offered a table until 1530. Fine. I was one person on a table of 8! Crazy. What happened to first come first served? Makes me so angry. It's a really bad way to treat people who just want a beer or two. It must be nice to be making so much money that you can afford to turn...

Went for bottomless wings and beer as a fathers day gift. Had a great time and staff were helpful to get us settled for bottomless wings, arrived early so had a drink at the bar before table was ready. The wings were amazing! Really tasty and staff were quick to offer top ups despite it being busy due to euros. Recommended the black heart beer and buffalo wings! Had a slight problem with one bartender's customer service but the manager Ben was really apologetic and dealt with it amazingly so night was still a big success, thank you!!
